Sub processors.
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Presently runs on a small number of third-party services. Each one is a subprocessor: it handles data on our instructions, under a data processing agreement, and only for the purpose listed here. This page is the current, complete list.
| Subprocessor | What it handles | Purpose | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Requests, application hosting, edge logs | Runs and serves the application | US, global edge |
| Neon | Account, workspace, folder and item records | Managed PostgreSQL database | US / EU |
| Vercel Blob | Files you upload to a workspace | File storage and delivery | US, global edge |
| Resend | Recipient address, sender name, message body | Transactional email — share invites, team invites, receipts | US |
| Paddle | Billing name, address, tax status, payment method | Merchant of record: payments, invoicing, tax | UK / EU / US |
| Email address, name, profile image | Sign-in with Google, only if you choose it | Global |
Payment data
Paddle is the merchant of record for every Presently subscription. Card numbers are entered into Paddle’s checkout and never reach our servers, our database or our logs. We receive a subscription status and the last four digits, nothing more.
International transfers
Where a subprocessor handles data outside your region, the transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard under that provider’s data processing agreement.
Changes to this list
We will update this page before a new subprocessor starts handling customer data. If you are on a paid plan and want advance notice by email, tell us and we will add you to the list.
