Acceptable use.

Presently hands people a link that opens without a login. That is the product, and it is also the thing most worth abusing — so this page sets out the limits. It forms part of the terms of service.

Do not use Presently to

• Phish or impersonate. No fake invoices, fake login pages, fake delivery notices, or workspaces branded as a company you do not represent. A share link that looks like a bank is the fastest way to lose an account here.
• Distribute malware. No executables, scripts or archives intended to compromise whoever opens them.
• Host content you have no right to share.Pirated media, leaked material, or anything infringing someone’s copyright or trademark.
• Store illegal material. Child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism, or anything else unlawful where you or we operate. This is reported, not warned about.
• Harass or threaten. Including using a workspace or share link to target an individual.
• Run bulk unsolicited email. Share invites go to clients who expect them. They are not a mailing list.
• Use it as a CDN or backup drive. Presently is for client deliverables. Bulk file storage unrelated to sharing work is outside what the plans are priced for.
• Attack the service. No probing for vulnerabilities outside our disclosure process, no automated load that degrades it for others, no attempt to reach another workspace’s data.
• Resell it as your own. White label removes our branding from the client view; it does not make Presently your product to sublicense.

Fair use of storage and links

Plans list a storage allowance and a file size limit. Beyond those, “unlimited” means what a working studio does — not automated bulk upload. If an account’s usage is disproportionate enough to affect other customers, we will contact you and discuss a plan that fits before doing anything else.

Content is yours, responsibility is too

We do not monitor what you put in a workspace, and we do not want to. You are responsible for what you upload and for who you send a share link to. If a client should no longer have access, revoke the link — that is instant and it is in your hands.

Reporting abuse

If you have received a Presently link being used for phishing, fraud, or anything else on this page, send it to abuse@ayuvam.com. Include the full URL. We investigate every report and act on the ones that hold up.

What we do about violations

Proportionate to what happened. Usually we email you and ask you to fix it. For something serious — phishing, illegal material, an active attack — we revoke the share links or suspend the account immediately and tell you afterwards. Where the law requires a report to authorities, we make one.

If you think we have got it wrong, reply to the notice. A person reads it, and accounts suspended in error are restored.
